It might be a good idea for the park to investigate getting set up for propane tank exchange. I wouldn't think that anyone would need certification to unlock the cage and swap tanks. I know someone would have to be licensed to actually fill tanks from a large one (like Canadian tire, Rona,and other sources), so that wouldn't be an option
